I'm Krys. I've been training people long enough to know that the programme is rarely the problem - the problem is usually everything around the programme. Life, sleep, stress, three birthday cakes in one week. I don't pretend those things don't exist. I work around them. My background runs from the gym floors of the UK through competitive strength sports and years of martial arts - training has never been just a job.

My coaching philosophy is straightforward: no shortcuts, no guesswork, no programmes copy-pasted from a spreadsheet someone made in 2016. Everything I write is built around the individual in front of me - their goals, their schedule, their history, and how their body actually responds to training. I use a structured, evidence-based approach that prioritises technique and smart progression over quick fixes that stop working the moment you stop paying attention.

Over the years I've coached people across a wide range of goals - fat loss, muscle building, strength, HYROX preparation, ultra-running, and general fitness. The goals are different. The approach is the same: train with intention, recover properly, be honest about what's working. Progress is surprisingly predictable when you stop making it complicated.

I work with clients in person at SATS Sandvika Panorama in Oslo, and online worldwide through the Everfit app. I coach in English and Polish, and deliberately keep my client list small - not as a sales tactic, but because attention is the whole point. You're not buying a programme. You're getting a coach.

Strength Training

Moving heavy things well is a skill. Like most skills, it turns out that practice and a decent teacher helps considerably. I build strength that transfers beyond the gym - technique-first programming across barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight that creates results you can actually feel in everyday life.

HYROX Coaching

HYROX is roughly 60% fitness and 40% not sprinting the first sled push. I cover both. Whether you're targeting a first finish or chasing a specific time, I'll build the engine, develop your strength endurance, dial in your pacing, and make sure you arrive at race day actually ready for it.

Coaching & Structure

Motivation is unreliable. A good plan is not. Most people don't struggle because they're lazy - they struggle because nobody has ever given them a clear direction and a reason to trust it. That's what I do. Structure, accountability, honest check-ins, and a programme that adjusts as you do.

Kettlebell Training

One somewhat impractical-looking lump of iron. Surprisingly few things you can't do with it. Kettlebell training is one of the most efficient ways to develop strength, endurance, and coordination at the same time - and I've been coaching it long enough to know exactly where people go wrong and how to fix it fast.

Conditioning

Your aerobic base is either quietly working for you or quietly making everything harder - recovery, performance, energy, all of it. I use evidence-based conditioning methods to raise your ceiling without grinding away the strength you've worked hard for. A bigger engine doesn't mean more suffering. It means smarter work.

Movement & Body Awareness

Years of martial arts taught me that how you move matters more than how much you lift. Also how to fall without injuring yourself, which has come in useful more than once. I help clients develop body control, spatial awareness, and movement quality that prevents injury and opens up performance - the kind of stuff that makes everything else work better.

You fill in a short intake form and we have a quick call. No sales pitch - just a proper conversation about where you are, where you want to go, what your schedule actually looks like, and what's got in the way before.

Your programme appears, fully formed

I build your fully custom programme and deliver it via Everfit. Every exercise comes with a video demo so there's no guessing about form. Everything you need is in one place, ready when you are.

You train. I watch. You can message me any time.

You log workouts, track habits, and monitor nutrition directly in the app. I see your progress in real time. Something feels off? A set went surprisingly well? Message me. I'm not going to pretend I'm not looking at the data.

We look at the data, not the vibes

Every week we review what's actually happening - performance, recovery, nutrition, energy, all of it. I adjust the programme based on real data, not assumptions. How it's going matters more than how it was supposed to go.
